Production line introduction

1. Production speed: 6m-8m/min.

2. The mechanical rotation and transmission parts of the equipment are flexible and reliable, and the noise and heat generated by the parts in the movement meet the product accuracy and national machinery and equipment industry standards. The equipment and components reach the service life stipulated by the industry.

3. The strong and weak electrical components should be safe and durable, and fully comply with the relevant national technical standards.

4. Production line one-click quick start working mode, operation panel display, each related instrument (interface) “human-machine dialogue”, using Chinese interface.

5. With the production line “double station” integrated operation or separate operation function, while having the separate operation function of each module equipment.

6. The production line has the alarm or shutdown function of each module’s super operating conditions (such as overload, overtemperature, workpiece loss, fault).

7. The production line has the function of “intermittent quenching”, and the control error is not more than 5mm.

8. The production line is equipped with repair sockets and lighting. The external power cables must be routed properly and neatly, and the cable (or copper bar) inlet must be at the bottom (or top) of the power supply.

9. The appearance of the production line should be beautiful in design, adopt the “box type” structure, and meet the requirements of heat dissipation and convenient maintenance, and the color of the equipment shall be subject to the color plate provided by the demander manufacturer (except for safety signs).

10. After the operation of the whole production line, there is no leakage (electricity, gas, quenching liquid, coolant, oil) and other phenomena. The liquid and air flow signs are displayed in each pipeline. Pressure gauges and thermometers must be installed on each water pipe for secondary cooling to monitor the water pressure and water temperature.
